Le th\u00e9rapeute devient un p\u00e9dagogue qui cr\u00e9e les conditions pour que la personne soit capable d\u2019apprendre de son corps.<\/li>&#13;\n \t<li><strong>M\u00e9ditation de pleine pr\u00e9sence<\/strong>: forme de m\u00e9ditation la\u00efque, une introspection pour mobiliser les ressources attentionnelles, cultiver l\u2019estime de soi et la pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 soi.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul><\/p>\n\n<p>Selon la demande du patient et de son corps, le praticien adaptera son protocole de traitement du travail corporel \u00e0 un accompagnement d\u2019un processus de vie.<\/p>\n\n<p>Des instructions ad\u00e9quates permettent au patient de se rendre compte de ce qui se passe \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de son corps; il ressent et d\u00e9couvre de nouveaux mod\u00e8les de mouvement, \u00e9largit ses possibilit\u00e9s de mouvement, per\u00e7oit les changements de tensions et d&rsquo;autres r\u00e9actions physiologiques utiles.<\/p>\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n<p>La prise de conscience de ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes met la personne dans un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit salutog\u00e8ne. Il sera conscient de cet \u00e9tat vivifiant et pourra en tirer des informations pour poursuivre l\u2019approche de son probl\u00e8me, tant au niveau du corps que de l\u2019esprit. Le soutien et l\u2019accompagnement p\u00e9dagogique appropri\u00e9s sont \u00e0 ce stade indispensables.<\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif est que le patient parvienne \u00e0 se prendre en main en s\u2019observant lui-m\u00eame, en observant ses propres r\u00e9actions, ses mouvements, son comportement, pour parvenir \u00e0 un changement somato-psychop\u00e9dagogique.
